On Scholars, Intellectuals, and Anarchists
In these two short essays, Stein and Ehrlich explore the various functions and forms of the intellectuals, academics, scholars, and anarchists, including the follies and failings in the performance of their roles. Both Stein and Ehrlich exhibit a strong belief in the capacities and duties of engaged intellectuals to help form a new society through the promotion of clear, reasoned thought.
